About Devian Apps
Devian Apps is a software engineering studio. We build business applications, SaaS platforms and the unglamorous internal systems that companies run on — the ones nobody demos at conferences but everyone depends on by Tuesday.
We're a small engineering team. That's deliberate: the person who designs your data model is the person who writes it, and the person you email is the person who fixes it.
How we work
We start with the workflow
Before choosing a framework we sit with the people doing the work and watch what they actually do — including the workarounds, which is where the real requirements hide.
We build for handover
Every project is written as though another team will inherit it, because eventually one will. Documentation happens during the build, not as a closing task nobody funds.

Where we work
Based in Bangladesh, working with clients there and internationally. We hold four hours of overlap with European mornings and US East Coast afternoons, and we're explicit about which hours those are before a project starts.
The team
A small engineering team with backgrounds in .NET, React and data. We'd rather tell you who works on your project than publish a headcount that changes every quarter.
